Professor Raj Mutharasan's articles entitled "Method of Measuring Bacillus anthracis Spores in the Presence of Copious Amounts of Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus cereus" coauthored with Gossett Campbell (PhD, June 2006) and "Method for Label-Free Detection of Femtogram Quantities of Biologics in Flowing Liquid Samples" coauthored with David Maraldo (PhD, September 2007, Kishan Rijal (PhD, June 2007) and Gossett Campbell (PhD, June 2006) were published in Analytical Chemistry, and were recently featured on the ACS Publications website as two of the top ten most cited articles published in 2007. The articles were noted as being two of the most cited articles through the period ending December 31, 2007. Gossett Campbell is a Principal Scientist at Glaxo Smith Kline while David Maraldo and Kishan Rijal are Senior Research Scientists at Merck Pharmaceuticals since completing their PhD programs.
